  1. Returns Eligibility

Uplay America accepts returns on select machines and parts within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Customized machines or special orders are not eligible for return.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at 941-900-9868 or email us at fun@uplayamerica.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

  1. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  1. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized machines or branded orders
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale
